I can get some cheap (not free) hosting in the UK. At least a 50% 
discount. I'll get details if you want them.

The aim of the Burrokeet project is to create a stsem for creating 
Learning Objects with the minimal of computer expertise. It is not a web 
design tool. There are some advantages to using this tool for web design 
(I use it). But if all you are doing is creating web sites then there 
are more appropriate tools.

Exactly what do you mean by "create a web site for schools" what is the 
site, what does it contain, who maintains it, what is its purpose etc.
