[VOTE=RESULT] Learning Content Management Project

There were 5 +1 votes and no -1. The vote passes.

I will update the CIS website accordingly soon. THose of you interested 
in keeping up with what we are doing should join our kists. There are 
currently two to choose from:

Announce - very low traffic, moderated list

Developement - currently low traffic technical stuff

We are nearing our first release (expect it within a couple of weeks), 
this will be announced both here and on the CIS web site.
