I have no idea what it is you are asking, but if you followed the link you
would have seen that they "refurbish and configure pc's for charity
organisations and schools."

I am sure that there are sufficient schools over there to satisfy their
immediate needs, but what if these "forthcoming environmental directives"
require that they send them far, far away?

I would gladly send you the guy's name and e-mail address if you want to ask
him how things work.
