I'm not amicable with any idea that involves dumping waste from developed
nations into third world/developing countries.  I'd rather be involved in
strategies that deal with what we already have.  Let's face it, our local
government is not doing the environment any justice with the aluminium
smelter and steel mills.  Just my opinion.
