My understanding is that one of the roles of CIS is to help our schools and
wider society with the acquisition of computers and related accessories.
Most
of the primary schools in Trinidad are lacking computers. Some have only one
whereas others may have a full compliment available for students to
be able to use on a one user/pc basis. In my school we have five so most
times 4 or 5 students end up using one pc at a time.

I do not think any school would reject an offer of computers.. unless of
course
MoE says 'doh use no ole pc cause we giving all yuh new ones'.

My point is I think that CIS is 95% sure of what it wants to do and
in order to know what we are getting into we may need to 'distract' and
'engage' serious ppl a little bit.... if only to give us some more
direction.
