No, I was deliberately picking evocative words. CIS has done nothing *as 
a group* for a long time. That makes it unimportant, at this time the 
individual efforts of individual members are the only contributions. I 
do not mean that CIS will remain unimportant, simply that it needs to 
become active and unified to become important.

Do not take this personally, it is not intended as such, but since you 
are one of the individuals working hard at making CIS into something it 
would be natural for you to take it personally. I'm simply trying to 
provoke response. With any luck others will jump to the defense of CIS 
and things will move along for a short while ;-)
