The process is correct, but you text says Burrokeet will do it and my 
point is that Burrokeet does *not* do it right now. Of course it makes 
sense to integrate it but someone has to do it and that is all I am saying.

As it happens all my own sites use SVN to do the upload and therefore I 
(as the only other active developer on Burrokeet) will not be 
implementing this functionlaity. Hence if CIS is going to make this a 
promised deliverable then CIS need to make sure it is delivered.

If Anil is going to do *everything* for this ICS project then that is fine.

Anil has already created a dynamic RSS feed for Burrokeet. Take a look 
at that, or ask Anil to expand.
