I am unsubscribing this list for two main reasons. The main reason is
personal and has nothing to do with this list, however, there is another
reason that I feel I must voice.

For a group like CIS to be succesfull it must have clear goals and, even
more importantly, a strong community. To have a strong community each
member must contribute equally and be free to express opinions freely.
In a community all action is for the benefit of the community. However,
I often feel that my words here are seen as something other than
community development. I am left with a very strong feeling that my
approach is not welcome here and hence I feel it is only prudent to
unsubscribe this list.

However, the real reason for leaving at this point is a personal one:

My son was born on Dec 16th. As some of you know this has been an
extremely difficult pregnancy for myself and my wife, now that Zephania
is here it is not really any easier. He is currently in Intensive Care
(although indications are that he will be out very soon, only time will
tell what the long term implications will be).

At this time I only have time for a small number of commitments and for
my family.

I wish you well, if I can be of any service to CIS as a whole or
individual members you know how to contact me.
