okay, third regional event implies the possiblity of a fourth regional
event, just in case none of us can make it.  from their website, the OAS is
willing to help initiatives like this so possibly we can get financial
assistance.  

and actually this was the main project to be discussed at length at the CIS
meeting in early February.  

Reina, would you be one of Educons's officers hoping to attend?
