At this stage give it me however you like. I need to turn it into XML
documents. The best thing you can possibly do is give me XML documents 
(I can provide the necessary DTD). However, since this probably means 
nothing to me you can give me HTML, word, text whatever you like. I'll 
get it on the site.

I'm starting to think this list is a bad idea. It will always be out of
date. Perhaps we should remove it totally until we come up with a better
solution.

Ace has never included his project as a CIS project. The main reason for
this is that he is in Curacao and therefore the assistance we can give 
him is limited as is direct contributions from his project to us. He has 
always shown willing to participate however. He is here as a member but 
his project remains separate.

As for projects being responsible for their own content - this is a must.

+1 (although they shouldn't be called "sub-projects" since they are not 
answerable to CIS in any way - at least not the way things are currently 
structured)

Good for now, I'd say lets just do it and see what else happens.

+0 (meaning I agree but I really don't have the time to follow them up
directly, I will follow up on the MoE contact recently made and will 
assist as much as I can with others, however, the CIPS project is still 
sleeping as far as I am concerne - others welcome to take over).

I have however spoken to Rotary St Joseph & Maracas and will be 
attending a function of theirs at the weekend. More on this next week.
