My current thinking is to have an initial meeting under the guise of a
ELearning Research Group meeting at UWI. These are open meetings and all
are welcome. This is because the initial contact was made regarding some
work the research group is doing. At this meeting I intend to make
everyone fully aware of CIS. I do not think, at this stage, that CIS is
strong enough to warrant attention from the MoE, but since the project
they are interested in will shortly be proposed as a CIS project this
may soon change..

Interestingly we recently submitted a proposal for some more funding in
which we said a relationship with VTC is importnant. This project is
about curriculum development and is indeed something else the MoE are
interested in. Can we meet before the MoE meeting. We need to present a
unified and coordinated face to do this we need to ensure we are all on
the same page to start with.

In principle I agree, however, as mentioned above I think it is
important to meet first to ensure that this is the case and we are all
pushing in the same direction.

As you can see I am typing as I read. You are clearly in agreement with
me. I'll contact you regarding a meeting when I get into work tomorrow
and get my hands on my updated diary (things book up fast when I am away).
