Hi Nathan,

Take a look at the classes offered by the Polis Institute in Rome. I 
took one of their Ancient Greek classes a few years and thoroughly 
enjoyed it.

Keep in mind however that the pedagogy is based on speaking in 
particular. If your student wants a more "grammar/translation" class, 
Polis might not be the best choice.
