Translation Help?

A friend asks for help translating an inscription on a parting gift on
someone's transfer to a new posting into Latin. It's a bit of a private
joke, and not sure she would want it posted to the general list; if anyone
is interested in helping out please let me know.

(My Latin composition skills were never particularly good, and have gotten
much worse over the years, so I really can't help her with it functionally.)
