Hi Laszlo,

That's weird. I have just tried on "Eyewear", it is still not showing but "Alcoholic Drink", it works fine.

My stanza is as follow, unless I remove those in yellow which I am not sure if they are causing more
harm then help. Let me test it out... Thanks Laszlo.

I am using FireFox 69.0 64 bit Windows 10 Enterprise v1803 build 17134.885

First, it took a long time, then the page displayed. Now it just comes up. EZproxy is configured to treat my IP address as off campus.

My stanza is the OCLC stanza dated 20190312 :-

Thank you for the testing. I will check with our vendor and see if they have any advice. I will update you again if I got any good news.



It's a bit tricky here, seems like Firefox does not support one of the features here but Chrome does. So I am not sure if we should play around with

the stanza...

Confirmed I am seeing the same results as you with the page not loading and hanging with the squares.

Also did the same under tobacco..company profiles..same results

Everything seems fine up to that point.

Hi all,



If you have Euromonitor Passport, could you help me do the following test?

You will only get this error in Firefox (desktop), it works well in Firefox mobile and Chrome.



Steps:

1.       From the main page, select "Industries" and then "Eyewear" on the top menu

2.       After new page is loaded, scroll down and look for "Company Profiles"

3.       Click onto "View All Profiles"

4.       From the result page, select any company name, for example, first one that appears "Al Amin Medical Instruments Co LLC in Eyewear (United Arab Emirates)"

5.       The following page will stop at the "tiny squares" blinking from left to right....



If you do not have this issue, could you share your stanza with me please?
