Hello, We had a wifi upgrade inside the library. I don't have any specifics beyond that at this point. Also, it's just been reported that users in the building using wifi on their phones and lab tops need to authenticate, when before they were recognized as on campus. I've recreated this and the IP range for devices on wifi that need to authenticate are within our IP range. Has anyone else experienced this? Our Library ITS rep is looking into this, any suggestions on what to ask about the upgrade to identify what's going on? We're self hosted, if that's relevant.
