The PDFs are embedded in an iframe, using a URL in the form (
https://www.foodsystemsjournal.org/plugins/generic/pdfJsViewer/pdf.js/web/viewer.html?file=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.foodsystemsjournal.org%2Findex.php%2Ffsj%2Fissue%2Fdownload%2F37%2F42)
so you'd need to FIND/REPLACE the part after file= to get that parameter
address proxied.
