Re: Visible Body?

It took some effort but I was eventually able to get in touch with Ovid's support and they have put me in touch with Visible Body direct support.
Adding one URL line to the proxy config fixed most of the issues (this line was not in the OCLC database stanza).
We continue to have access problems getting to the Anatomy and Physiology portion of visible body.  All other modules are working.  Support keeps telling me it work for them (using our proxy and login credentials).
But myself, coworkers and numerous students are unable to access Anatomy and Physiology from off campus via the proxy.  This is the error we get (Screenshot below), just sharing in case anyone else is having this issue.
If I login to the campus VPN from home (same machine, same network connection etc) then it works, but not if I login through the proxy.  It works fine on campus.

Did you make any changes either to the proxy url or maybe change IP address on your Ezproxy server? I seem to remember a lot of initial hassle before we got things to work properly. Having the correct stanza for Visible body stuff definitely wasn't enough and contacting Ovid is probably a good idea.

We only have an old version of Human Anatomy Atlas from Visible Body which seems to work just fine, so I can't give you any advice on technical issues.
As for support contact, have you tried [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> ?
We've also had good help with user stats etcetera from these two guys:

Is anyone else having problems accessing Visible Body? We can get into the database but then the applications won't load.
We did upgrade our Proxy server this week so I'm not sure if that is when the issue started.
I have made sure the Ovid and Visible Body stanza's are up to date, and put Visible Body before OVID (as another list serv post advised).
On top of this, the VB support page is not functioning and a phone number or email is nowhere to be found.  If anyone has support contact information that would also be helpful!
