Re: DNS blacklisting

Thanks for your response.  We can get our Oxford DNS requests translated
using a public DNS server but I'm not sure how to implement that
effectively to resolve  this particular issue.  We might look at setting up
another external proxy and talk to Oxford about allowing access to that
IP.   But we may not be able to as that requires exposing patron data
externally.

And we still need to verify the initial problem.  We are blocked from a
subscription content and no one has explained why.  Incidentally, OUP has
been a strong ally in trying to resolve this.  We're getting ready to cut
our losses with no idea how to explain it to stakeholders.

Again, this is isn't an EZ-Proxy issue, so thanks for your patience and
help.  Most likely an ISP needs to fix something, I'll report to the list
if it turns out to be anything more than that.
