The EZproxy IP Blacklist was updated on 2019-09-27.

Greetings all,

The EZproxy IP Blacklist has been updated with 545 single IP addresses. 67 IP ranges and 17 single IPs were removed. The Readme.txt file was also updated. Addresses were vetted as well as possible, but there is always a possibility of unintended consequences. Please let me know if you encounter issues.

Thank you to all the folks that contributed to the list recently.

If you have a long list of IP addresses to contribute to the list please send them my way, preferably in a text document with a single address (or range) per line, otherwise small lists of IPs can be in the body of an email. The same process goes for addresses you wish to have removed. New domains are also welcomed. Please let me know if you have any questions.
