Sorry folks – I forgot to mention you need to replace our location code (hoflawlib) with your own, of course! Good luck!

Importance: High

Hi all,
I went through troubleshooting this myself recently and I found a solution by modifying the stanza, which I did send to Thomson Reuters. Clearing cookies (from all time) does work, by the faculty member who brought this to my attention was insistent that we shouldn’t have to ask patrons to do this, so I figured out this alternative solution.

Here’s the modified stanza:

Option DomainCookieOnly
T Thomson Reuters Checkpoint
U https://checkpoint.riag.com/login?iploc=hoflawlib
HJ https://checkpoint.riag.com
DJ checkpoint.riag.com
Option Cookie

Hope this helps.
Best,
Dawn

Well, that’s why speculation doesn’t get very far. Clearing the cache cleared the error. The downside is communicating this to users.

Yes, we’re seeing this Apache error in Checkpoint, too. Has anyone figured out a fix?

Is anyone else getting an Apache Tomcat error from the RIA Checkpoint server when going through EZproxy? The direct URL seems to work just fine.
