Hello, We've had a few reports recently of users being unable to login to Proquest Ebook Central, getting "authentication failed". We use the shared secret method. It looks like they are being randomly redirected to https://bath.eblib.com instead of http://bath.eblib.com to get the encrypted username and token, which EZproxy isn't processing and is recording the request with a 599 status code in the logs. I've added HJ https://bath.eblib.com/ to the stanza which I'm hoping is going to fix it (where "bath" is our site code obviously). Has anyone else had this? Many thanks, Laurence Laurence Lockton University of Bath UK ******************************************************************** If you wish to stop receiving messages from EZPROXY-L or otherwise amend your preferences, you can do so <a href="https://www.oclc.org/forms/internet-subscription.en.html">here</a>.
