Hi Michael We had a similar issue. CCH provided the stanza below, which fixed our issue and bypassing the 'login' prompt for SSO (single sign on is for single user subs only, not institutional users). Greetings, We've had issues with the Cheetah/CCH site where some of the resources that are a few links down seem to drop the proxy prefix and generate a Wolters Kluwer login for anyone trying to get in. As an example, when we search for: Determining Health Savings Account Distributions Decision Tree, when we try to click on the tree link itself, the proxy isn't there, and thus there is a Wolters Kluwer login. They've created a username /password that we can share with those who are off campus, but haven't addressed the lack of a proxy prefix. They have a stanza update that they recommend, but I'm not sure I see why a stanza change would help if there's no code directing the site to look to the stanza. I could be wrong. Does anyone else with Cheetah seem to have the same issue where the proxy prefix is dropped? It was only giving an error from off-campus through EZproxy. I was using the most recent version of the configuration so I called Wolters Kluwer and they said there was a problem on their end in our account setup. There's an assignment in the class due soon, so I'm keeping the professor teaching it informed, and she's given the students an extension. But dang, Intelliconnect has ALWAYS caused issues when they teach it.
