The Firefox (69.0) is working for us here regardless of on campus or off campus access via Ezproxy. The only different to Laszlo's standza is we have extra "NeverProxy cdn.media.euromonitor.com" line. Please try it to see if it works for you.

Following the steps of the "eyewear" case, I saw exactly the same problem while on campus without proxy. Now I was using an older version of Firefox (60 instead of the current 69) so I don't know whether that's the problem or not but it's a least possible that it's not actually a EZproxy issue.  I've contacted our Euromonitor rep about this issue and they hadn't heard about the Firefox issue at all, proxy related or not.

That's weird. I have just tried on "Eyewear", it is still not showing but "Alcoholic Drink", it works fine.

Thank you for the testing. I will check with our vendor and see if they have any advice. I will update you again if I got any good news.



It's a bit tricky here, seems like Firefox does not support one of the features here but Chrome does. So I am not sure if we should play around with

the stanza...

If you have Euromonitor Passport, could you help me do the following test?

You will only get this error in Firefox (desktop), it works well in Firefox mobile and Chrome.



Steps:

1.       From the main page, select "Industries" and then "Eyewear" on the top menu

2.       After new page is loaded, scroll down and look for "Company Profiles"

3.       Click onto "View All Profiles"

4.       From the result page, select any company name, for example, first one that appears "Al Amin Medical Instruments Co LLC in Eyewear (United Arab Emirates)"

5.       The following page will stop at the "tiny squares" blinking from left to right....



If you do not have this issue, could you share your stanza with me please?
