Hello Gary,

You might want to contact your LexisNexis rep. They recently migrated State Capital to State Net. We only have username/password authentication right now. They told us that they hope to have IP access back soon. We haven't done so yet but will probably try to script the username/password. One issue is that they also told us that we'd have to answer a secret question.

So I replaced the LexisNexis URL line in the stanza with the State Capital URL. However, I am still prompted to enter credentials to login to the site.

Any hints or suggestions?
