Brief error messages

Hi,

Since yesterday, I have seen the screen below at least a dozen times. This example is EBSCO, but I've also definitely seen Springer a few times as well. It lasts for a few seconds and then resolves as expected.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the issue may be?
