Problem with T&F stanza?

Hi all,
I'm new to this list so apologies if you've already discussed this issue, but we are having trouble getting to our Taylor & Francis journals from off campus via ezproxy. We are using the documented OCLC database stanza but the links direct to a Taylor & Francis 404 Error page.
Is anyone else having this issue? Do you know how to fix it?
