Hi Dino.

I change the Find/Replace as described below and now I select industries and the page displays.

Title Passport (Euromonitor International) (updated 20191017)
URL http://www.portal.euromonitor.com/portal/server.pt
HJ https://www.portal.euromonitor.com
HJ www.portal.euromonitor.com

HJ portal.euromonitor.com
DJ portal.euromonitor.com
DJ euromonitor.com
NeverProxy emportal.euromonitor.com
NeverProxy microservices.euromonitor.com
NeverProxy searchservice.euromonitor.com
NeverProxy search-service.euromonitor.com
Find //www.portal.euromonitor.com/
Replace //^Swww.portal.euromonitor.com^/

Best,

Laszlo.

Hi Dino.

I believe the Find/Replace definitely should be changed. The document at https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Configure_resources/Find_Replace says "^Phostname^ changes to HTTP which has dots instead of hyphens.

The proxied starting page had broken images where the image URL had :-

src='//www.portal.euromonitor.com.

This is a HTTP URL which already has dots not hyphens.

I changed the Find/Replace to ^S instead of ^P and now the image links are good :-

Find //www.portal.euromonitor.com/
Replace //^Swww.portal.euromonitor.com^/

Best,

Laszlo.

Thank you Mike and Marcie too, sorry to miss our your names in the previous email.

Seems like Find/Replace is the main culprit. I will give it a try if my current stanza fail to work.

Thank you for your help!

We noticed he problem as well. For us the PHE line did nothing, but commenting out the find/replace lines solve the issue. I am curious to know if there are any other ramifications of doing so, but am thankful for resolution.

Cheers,

Mike

I added Tim's PHE line and this appears to resolve the issue for us.

Note sure if removing the find/replace statements is a better solution, but for now I will go with the PHE and monitor any issues.

Thanks everyone for your input/resolutions!

[EXTERNAL EMAIL]

We had the same problem after upgrading to the new stanza. After some trial and error, I found that removing the text below fixed this issue for us.

Find //www.portal.euromonitor.com/<https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/VhRZCANpnDCV3Q17C90yf2?domain=portal.euromonitor.com>

Replace //^pwww.portal.euromonitor.com<https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/6pxrCBNqgBCA9GlEIjaz_U?domain=pwww.portal.euromonitor.com>^/

So this is the stanza we use at UNC Greensboro:

I am not really sure why. It could be a conflict between directives that are listed above.

Hi all,

Before the Firefox issue can be resolved, now we have another feedback that after selecting any one of the Industries, the screen just appeared without any information. See the picture attached. Anyone has this issue too? I tried on both Chrome and Firefox, I tried Eyewear, Alcoholic Drinks, Beauty and Personal Care, none of them works.
