Hi Jocelyn. We got the phishing warning page a few days ago, but only when we proxy scholar.google.com.au - the block is only on this URL :- https://scholar-google-com.simsrad.net.ocs.mq.edu.au I believe we can use an institution ID to get to google scholar without ezproxy, such as these :- https://scholar.google.com/?inst=xxxx https://scholar.google.com.au/?inst=xxxx Please let us know whether you have the issue with all proxied URLs, or just google scholar. Best, Laszlo. ________________________________ From: EZproxy List <[email protected]> on behalf of Bates Jocelyn <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, 14 November 2019 11:08 AM To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: [EZPROXY-L] Google phishing flag on ezproxy pages Hi all, Sometime over the weekend, Google basically blocked access to our ezproxy pages because they were flagged as “phishing” sites. [cid:[email protected]] I’ve already contacted Google and asked for a manual review of our pages, but since we’re basically at their mercy I was wondering if this has happened to anyone and what they did to resolve it. BTW, this security error comes up in Chrome, Firefox, Brave, and Safari.
