Mary Ann Liebert stanza

Does anyone have a working stanza for Mary Ann Liebert publications?  We 
are using the one on the OCLC stanza page 
(https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/Liebert), 
<https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/Liebert>but 
journal websites are not loading.  The browser tab name says 'Mary Ann 
Liebert | Error', but the error page itself never actually loads.  The 
journal websites are loading just fine when I take our proxy prefix out 
of the URL.
