You also need to notify every IP authenticated vendor that you have an additional IP address which should be considered as "on campus".

We’ve just requested a quote from OCLC for EZproxy Hosted. I’ve been told by the Orders group that EZproxy Analytics is not yet available for quote but should be “later in FY 20.” I’ve also been told that the switch to hosted will require that your starting point URLs be changed. For us that will mean making the change on our website, LibGuides, informing faculty who have proxied URLs in Blackboard, etc.
