We have the same problem, and Dom's stanza didn't work for us either.

We noticed that download works for links with pdf instead of full in the URL.

https://www-liebertpub-com.proxy.kib.ki.se/doi/full/10.1089/wound.2015.0638 doesn't work.

https://www-liebertpub-com.proxy.kib.ki.se/doi/pdf/10.1089%2Fwound.2015.0638 works.

We have contacted Mary Ann Liebert.

Yes, we cannot access the service via Ezproxy either (just tried your stanza too Dom - no luck). It seems to get stuck in loop trying to load. Will need to investigate!

Does anyone have a working stanza for Mary Ann Liebert publications? The browser tab name says 'Mary Ann Liebert | Error', but the error page itself never actually loads.  The journal websites are loading just fine when I take our proxy prefix out of the URL.
