Though we experienced stability issues 15+ years ago, the product ha= s matured into a super stable, super reliable piece of software. I cannot r= emember the last time EZproxy itself was the problem. I would want to know more about the infrastructure your IT department is run= ning? Is it virtualized on nice new hardware, or on an old PC sitting in a = closet with no HVAC? What O/S, what specs on the hardware? How much traffi= c are you seeing against your proxy, how big is your institution, among othe= rs.
