Dimple,

OxCam admission process needs to be understood - you have to apply for
individual schools under them.  I think that is the key in converting
those.

Also, since they are more focused on basic research, please make sure that
your application is relevant to what they do. A non-research degree app may
be suited for generic universities.

TOEFL score is advisable. It helps your visa process too. I dont think they
look for GRE , but again since each college has its own criteria please
check individually.
