I did not study in UK, but I can still give you some ideas. First, both
IELTS and TOEFL are accepted in most of the universities. You can take
whichever suits you the best. As for the universities you have mentioned,
you should check the deadlines, especially if you are planning to apply for
the scholarships. I think that the deadline for the scholarship programmes
might have been long gone. The application forms might have column for GRE;
but in general GRE scores are not required.
