Responding to Announcements, Please Read

Dear List Members
I am writing to request strongly that you always read carefully all the
requirements for job/scholarship applications.  I have been receiving many
complaints from employers that they are receiving a lot of resumes from
people who are unqualified for positions and are not eligible for applying
because they do not reside in the correct location (or possess work
authorization).
I know that some members do send in their resumes blindly to whatever
posting they see, and this affects everyone on the list making employers
less willing to post.
Anyway who repeatedly does this will be banned from the list.
Just as a reminder for all postings in the US you need to have work
authorization or be a resident or citizen as well as for any jobs in the EU
countries.
