You will be pleased to know that Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar,
a leading institution providing multifaculty higher education to girls in
north India, is organising a "GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CULTURE OF
PEACE AND NON-VIOLENCE" coinciding with the UN International Decade on the
same theme from 19th December to 21st December 2002, in the college campus.

We are extending invitation to Paper Presenters, Delegates and Students
throughout the World . We shall feel grateful if your organisation can also
promote the event so that students visiting India in those days can join.

The 'Global Educational Conference on Culture of Peace and Non-violence' is
almost a missionary attempt to bring a large number of peace-loving persons
together on a forum. The hope is that concerted global efforts may help to
