Partners Romania Foundation for Local Development - FPDL 2002/2003 Training
of Trainers Programs have detailed Description and Application Forms on

The Training of Trainers Programs:

(a) Two of them, organized in Romania, are open to all CEE/SEE countries,
and are organized under the Regional Program "Working Together" financed by
LGI/OSI

(b) Four of them, organized in Romania, Poland and Bulgaria, are open for 9
SEE countries, and are organized under the Regional Program "Working
Together" special component for SEE "Strenghtening Local Democracy in the
Stability Pact Region" financed by US  Department of State and Netherlands
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through Partners for Democratic Change - USA.

For selected participants all costs will be covered by the program:
international and local travel, accommodation, meals, tuition fees and
training materials.

We are looking forward to working together with those interested to improve
their knowledge and skills as trainers,
