New password required to add users

Due to security concerns among our users, we have decided to increase the
security on the webreports site. 

The first change is that much less content is visible to a user which has
not logged in. She can now only read the published reports, and the groups
presentations, but cannot access any personal information about the users
of the site, including the member portraits.

The second change is that we have made it more difficult to add a new user
to the site. We now require that the user knows a "project password". This
password will be known by us, the researchers and teachers of the project.
If we get indications that this password has been spread outside the
project, we will change the password.

Please note: this means that you must provide the password to kids that
want to join the site.

The project password is: s1v13L/
