TT 3.78 -- editable numbers and text pads

Hi all.

This release has a major enhancement in how you can edit numbers and
text pads.

Both now support arrow key editing.

Numbers can be typed now even when an intermediate state isn't sensible.
E.g. 2/ or -.0  It is only when you drop them or stop pointing to them
that they switch to their canonical form (or their previous value if a
syntactically incorrect number is typed).
