TT 3.80

Hi all.

This fixes a few problems with saving or walking around with very large
objects (the position you grabbed them was lost). This problem broke
demos using objects bigger than the screen.

Also if your toontalk.ini specifies a publishing tool (it's coming along
well) then it is applied when creating a Java applet as well.
