TT WebLabs publishing tool

Hi all.

The first "draft" of the publishing tool is ready for testing.

Just download

TTWebLabsPublisher1.exe on ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

and run it.

It'll ask what directory to use for ToonTalk so just make sure it is the
one you have (if you chose the default when installing then just click
Next). I plan to make the installer smarter about this soon.

The tool requires TT380.exe and the installer includes it.

The tool by default uses Demo as the user name and thule as the password
since the web site currently only works with that user name (and mine).
If you click on "Save It to a File" then you should get a dialog about
publishing. If it works then when you edit a report (when logged in as
Demo) you should see a button labelled Paste and Save. Try it out.

To restore your installation to the way it was before this then change
these 2 lines in the Executables section of toontalk.ini from:

RunAfterSaving=TT_FTP.exe
ShowDialogAfterSaving=0

to

RunAfterSaving=
ShowDialogAfterSaving=1
