TT 3.102

Hi all.

Besides fixing several bugs (documented at the end of 
http://www.toontalk.com/English/bugs04.htm), this release changes how 
ToonTalk displays pictures when seen from above in the helicopter. The 
old scheme was inconsistent, confusing, and buggy. ToonTalk no longer 
attempts to shorten pictures left on the ground when seen from above. 
The idea was that pictures are really 2D and are seen from an angle when 
flying.
