ToonTalk 3.113

Hi all.

TT3113.zip is on ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

It fixes a bug that caused the timing of subtitles and narration of 
demos to be off.

It also recovers much better from file system errors due to write 
protection of directories or full directories.

Also there are now warnings or hour glass cursors when ToonTalk is busy 
loading or saving something.
