JPEG security problem and ToonTalk

Hi all.

Leonel alerted me to the fact that Microsoft has recently provided a 
newer more secure version of gdiplus.dll --

The reason I bring it up here is that the ToonTalk installer puts a copy 
of gdiplus.dll in the ToonTalk installation directory (this is necessary 
for all OSes except Windows XP and for Windows XP it normally isn't a 
problem). The security problem occurs if someone loads a JPEG picture 
into ToonTalk that was engineered to take over your computer. Not very 
likely in the ToonTalk/WebLabs context but better to be safe than sorry.

I've uploaded gdiplus.dll to ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/ for 
your convenience. For those running XP service pack 2 you can instead 
just delete the gdiplus.dll from the ToonTalk directory. The next full 
installer will install the new gdiplus.dll.
