Playground code and ToonTalk's old format

Hi all.

I uploaded to ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Playground/ Playground2001X
(city) and PlaygroundBookX (notebook) stored in XML and with all the
needed media included. You can copy these directories to the ToonTalk
subdirectory of My Documents to try them out.

I've decided to not try to fix old file format bugs (nearly everything
loads OK - e.g. the Playground city still loads) and instead offer to
help anyone who has files in the old format that aren't converting to
XML properly. Most of you who have been using 2.61 or later with
SaveInXML=1 can ignore all this.

3.09 fixes a few bugs and will be ready tomorrow.
