ToonTalk 3.128(X) -- Important news for users of the WebLabs/TT Publishing tool and also Windows Me/98 users

Hi.

TT3128.zip and TT3128X.zip are on 
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

Turns there is a problem with the WebLabs publishing tool that only 
comes up if one logs into Windows as a different user than the 
installer. The problem is that tt_ftp.ini doesn't end up in My 
Documents\ToonTalk -- you can copy it there but then for the next user 
the problem is repeated. You can copy tt_ftp.ini to the Windows 
directory and this will fix things. The next installer fixes the problem 
as well by installing a tt_ftp.ini in the ToonTalk directory and the new 
tt_ftp.exe (found as TT_FTP_3128.zip on 
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/).

The other news is that ToonTalk typically crashes while initializing in 
Windows Me. This problem was introduced in August with 3.101. Fixed in 
3.128. (Thanks to Leonel for reporting this bug and persisting.)
