UK English version of ToonTalk only [was Re: Splash screen]

Hi.

Gordon reported that the splash screen in 3.131 looks strange. For those 
using UK English I forgot that you also should replace

ToonTalk\java\opening.png with the opening.png

ToonTalk\ukver22.dll with ukver22.dll

both from ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/
