ToonTalk 3.132(X)

Hi all.

TT3132.zip and TT3132X.zip are available on 
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases

An important new feature in this release is that you can paste the 
contents of a file into ToonTalk by entering control-V rather than 
control-v (which creates a text pad with the name of a file on it). 
Furthermore the file name can be a URL. This means that regardless of 
possible problems with TT files being clicked on to load them into 
ToonTalk, one can in a browser right click on a link and choose "Copy 
Shortcut" and then type control-shift-v to ToonTalk. A couple more 
clicks than just clicking on the link but this will work regardless of 
browser and customizations.
