ToonTalk 3.146(X)

Hi all.

TT3146X.zip and TT3146.zip on ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

fixes two bugs:

1. Uncollide (typing '+' to a collision sensor to make it stop showing a 
collision) was just broken in 3.145 while fixing a different bug in 
uncolliding.

2. A bug fix in 3.145 that sometimes caused robots on the back of a 
picture to not run until you pressed the space bar was implemented but 
not activated. It does work in 3.146(X).
