ToonTalk 3.147(X)

Hi all.

TT3147X.zip and TT3147.zip are now on

extras_3.147.zip is also on ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

These extras give you updates 'Set Options' so it now offers 'Advanced 
Options' which enables the setting of all toontalk.ini options in a nice 
way.

Also the number documentation page newnum.htm has many "SHOW ME" links 
to short demos.

For the Portuguese and Swedish versions you'll find some of these new 
things are in English. I'll be sending out files to translators soon.

Here are the bug fixes:

1. The new ability to drag and drop from a web browser interfered with 
drag and drop of an attachment from a mail message. Both work now.

2. You once again can drop a team of robots or a notebook on an erased 
number pad to compute the size of the team or number of pages.

3. You couldn't type 0 in bases other than 10.

4. Fixed a problem introduced with 3.140 that sometimes caused ToonTalk 
to freeze when there is a parts sensor for the back of a picture that is 
on the back of the picture.

5, If you clicked on help URLs in a dialog (e.g. the one explaining time 
travel when asking your name) then the browser was usually underneath 
the dialog. The dialog window now minimizes when reading help files.
